Job summary

General Dynamics European Land Systems seeks a BMS Governance Officer to oversee the governance, deployment and continual improvement of the Business Management System across a multi-site organization. The role coordinates management-system documentation, cross-site assurance activities and digital reporting, delivering insights for management.

You will promote standardization, knowledge sharing and practical continuous improvement, support audits, and drive cross-site collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in engineering, manufacturing, quality, business management or related field.
• Experience in management systems, auditing, program coordination or continuous improvement in a complex industrial or regulated environment.
• Knowledge of recognized management-system standards and assessing process effectiveness and compliance.
• 5–7 years supporting cross-functional processes, audits, and improvement activities across multiple locations.
• Experience in defence, aerospace, automotive, rail or other regulated manufacturing environments.
• Experience using Power BI, SharePoint, Forms, Lists or Power Automate to analyse data, dashboards or automate workflows.
• Fluent English; Spanish and/or German proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Govern governance of the BMS, including policies, processes and documentation.
• Coordinate cross-site audits and annual audit program planning.
• Prepare audit roadmaps, agendas and closing reports; track action closure.
• Develop dashboards and reports on management-system performance and improvement progress.
• Coordinate knowledge sharing and maintain records of participation and outcomes.
• Support training materials and communications for the Business Management System.
