Job summary

SITA for Aircraft (SFA) is seeking a Change & Technology Head to drive the transformation agenda across SFA Finance & Legal Services. Reporting to the CFO, you will manage the transformation portfolio, lead priority initiatives, and help develop technology, automation and AI capabilities for a scalable operating model.

You will partner with Finance, Legal, Engineering, IT and external providers to deliver measurable value and ensure governance across the portfolio.

Qualifications

• Experience in management consulting or corporate transformation (Finance Transformation, CFO Advisory, Operating Model).
• Strong structured problem solving and ability to translate diagnosis into practical implementation.
• Track record leading complex cross-functional transformation initiatives with multiple stakeholders.
• Good understanding of Finance processes and operating models; deep accounting expertise not required.
• Strong executive communication, synthesis and influencing skills.
• Fluent English communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Build, prioritize and manage the SFA FLS transformation roadmap and portfolio.
• Lead end-to-end transformation initiatives from diagnosis to benefits realization.
• Identify opportunities to automate or simplify finance and legal activities.
• Develop the technology, automation and AI roadmap in partnership with leaders and tech teams.
• Govern and report priorities, progress, risks and benefits to CFO and leaders.
• Support operating-model changes and align processes with accountable owners.
• Coordinate Finance integration activities for M&A when required.
