Job summary

SITA for Aircraft is seeking a People Business Partner who will align People strategies with business priorities across a geographically distributed unit. You will partner with engineering, product, and commercial leaders to build high-performing teams and enable transformation.

You’ll lead workforce planning, organizational design, and leadership development, while driving change and ensuring a coherent People agenda across 20+ countries.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in HR business partnering or HR leadership roles in fast-paced, global orgs.
• Experience supporting engineering or product-led organisations is a plus.
• Strong skills in organizational design, strategic workforce planning, performance, and leadership development.

Responsibilities

• Partner with leadership to co-develop a People strategy aligned with business goals.
• Lead strategic workforce planning across hubs and future skills needs.
• Coach and develop 71 managers and senior leaders to strengthen leadership.
• Drive change and transformation enablement across regions and functions.
• Provide insights from people data to influence decision-making.
• Collaborate with country managers and COEs to implement People initiatives.
