SITA is seeking a Change & Technology Head to drive the transformation agenda across SFA Finance & Legal Services. Reporting to the CFO, the role will build and manage the transformation portfolio, lead initiatives from diagnosis to implementation, and develop technology, automation and AI capabilities for an automated operating model.

You will partner with Finance, Legal, Engineering, IT, and external providers to deliver measurable value, governance, and benefits realization.

Responsabilidades

• Build, prioritize and manage the SFA FLS transformation roadmap and portfolio, translating strategic ambitions into executable initiatives, milestones and measurable outcomes.
• Lead transformation initiatives end-to-end: diagnose issues, map and challenge processes, design options and future-state solutions, build business cases and drive implementation.
• Identify opportunities to simplify, standardize, automate or eliminate low-value manual activities across Finance & Legal.
• Develop the SFA FLS technology, automation and AI roadmap in close partnership with functional leaders and relevant technology teams.
• Own and coordinate Finance & Legal technology solutions, automation and AI capabilities, working with Engineering, IT and external providers for development and technical support where required.
• Translate business needs into clear technology and automation use cases and ensure solutions are adopted, evolved and deliver measurable value.
• Establish effective transformation governance, providing the CFO and functional leaders with clear visibility on priorities, progress, risks, dependencies and benefits realization.
• Support operating-model and capability changes across Finance & Legal, while ensuring functional leaders remain accountable for their processes and outcomes.
• Support Finance integration activities for M&A when required, including integration planning, governance, reporting and process alignment.
• Act as a hands-on problem solver on high-priority cross-functional topics where the problem or solution is not yet clearly defined.

About The Role & Team

SITA for Aircraft (SFA) is looking for a Change & Techno­logy Head to drive the transformation agenda across SFA Finance & Legal Services (FLS). Reporting to the SFA CFO, the role will build and manage the transformation portfolio, lead priority initiatives from diagnosis through implementation and benefits realization, and help develop the technology, automation and AI capabilities required to create a scalable and increasingly automated Finance & Legal operating model. The role will work closely with Finance and Legal leaders, Engineering, IT, Group functions and external providers.

What You’ll Do

• Build, prioritize and manage the SFA FLS transformation roadmap and portfolio, translating strategic ambitions into executable initiatives, milestones and measurable outcomes.

Qualifications

ABOUT YOUR SKILLS

• Solid experience in management consulting or corporate transformation roles (Finance Transformation, CFO Advisory, Operating Model)
• Strong structured problem‑solving skills and ability to take an ambiguous problem from diagnosis to practical implementation.
• Track record of leading complex cross‑functional transformation initiatives and driving delivery across multiple stakeholders.
• Good understanding of Finance processes and operating models; deep accounting expertise is not required.
• Strong project and stakeholder management skills, with a hands‑on and outcome‑oriented approach.
• Practical understanding of digital transformation, automation and AI and ability to work effectively with both business and technical teams.
• Ability to build clear business cases, roadmaps, governance and benefits‑tracking mechanisms.
• Strong executive communication, synthesis and influencing skills.
• Excellent English communication and presentation skills.

NICE-TO-HAVE

• Experience in a leading consulting firm and/or an international technology business.
• Exposure to Finance technology implementation, AI/automation programs or digital product delivery.
• Experience supporting M&A integration or post‑merger transformation.
