TEAM LEWIS is seeking a Finance Assistant based in Madrid to support the Southern Europe offices with daily business administration and finance tasks. You will work closely with the Global Finance team in London, Germany, France and Benelux, ensuring compliance with finance policies.

The ideal candidate is junior with a couple of years of accounting experience, strong English and Spanish communication, and is ready to collaborate with international teams.

Formación

• Minimum 2 years of accounting experience.
• Experience with core accounting processes (invoicing, credit control, accounts payable/receivable).
• High English and Spanish written and oral communication skills are essential.
• IT literate with a good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
• Knowledge of Netsuite is a plus.
• Ready to work with international teams.

Responsabilidades

• Managing accounting processes (supplier invoices, purchase orders, treasury, cash management, credit control, reconciliations).
• Timely monthly and year-end closing.
• Meeting financial deadlines (invoicing and VAT returns).
• Debtor and creditor management.
• Preparing financial reports.
• Coordinate with Global Finance team members.
