Resideo Technologies Inc. in Madrid seeks an Accounting/Finance Assistant to support the French Finance team with day‑to‑day accounting, reporting, and basic analysis. The role is based in Madrid and contributes to accurate records, month‑end close, and financial visibility for the business.

Ideal candidates have at least 2 years in accounting or finance, fluency in English and French, and strong Excel/ERP skills. Hybrid work model and comprehensive benefits are offered.

Formación

• At least 2 years of experience in accounting, finance, or a related role (internships included).
• High level of English and French.
• Good numerical and analytical skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to organize work and meet deadlines.

Responsabilidades

• Assist the Finance Manager with the monthly closing process, supporting journal entries.
• Assist in preparing basic financial reports and analysis for the French Finance team.
• Maintain accurate accounting records and ensure compliance with internal policies.
• Support monitoring of expenses and tracking indirect spend.
• Prepare data for forecasting and budgeting activities.
• Follow up on outstanding items (accruals, invoices).
• Provide administrative and analytical support to the Finance team and stakeholders.
• Collaborate with departments to ensure correct financial processing.
• Support audits by preparing documentation and responding to information requests.
• Attend finance meetings with the Country Leadership Team in a supporting capacity.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of finance processes and tools.
