Bare International is seeking a Fieldwork Coordinator for the Spanish Market. This freelance role offers full flexibility, with payment based on the number of scheduled and completed shops.

You can be based anywhere in Spain and work remotely, with assignments and monthly progress follow‑ups provided. You will recruit evaluators, match them to projects, schedule visits, monitor completion rates, and ensure profitability within budget.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Fluent in English and Spanish.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

Responsabilidades

• Schedule mystery shopping visits and ensure timely completion.
• Participate in project briefings and understand evaluator requirements.
• Apply scheduling methods and follow-up processes.
• Monitor completion rates and report scheduling issues.
• Ensure project completion within client budgets and profitability.
• Recruit new evaluators and onboard them to projects.
• Schedule evaluators for Spain-based mystery shop visits.
• Follow-up to ensure visits and reports are completed.
• Perform mystery shop visits when needed, traveling within Spain with travel expenses reimbursed.

We’re looking for an enthusiastic Fieldwork Coordinator for the Spanish Market, who preferably lives in Spain!

It is a freelance contracted relationship with us, where you can work fully flexibly, and get paid based on number of scheduled & completed shops. So both in location and work schedule you are independent, we provide the assignments, and follow-up with results progress monthly, and pay based on completions.

What is this role about?

This position is all about finding and matching the right people to the right projects, at the right time and ensuring the completion of shop visits.

Occasionally it includes own mystery shop visits as well, to have hands‑on experience on all projects.

The role also includes the active recruiting of new evaluators to sign up for our actual and upcoming projects.

How does it happen?

• Supporting the scheduling of mystery shopping visits according to project guidelines and deadlines with 100% timely completion.
• Participating in project briefings and understanding specific evaluator requirements.
• Applying relevant scheduling methods (manual assignments, self-assignments) and related processes.
• Understanding and using different follow-up methods and adhering to related processes such as cancelling assignments and updating due dates.
• Monitoring completion rates and reporting potential scheduling issues proactively.
• Assisting in ensuring full project completion in line with client expectations and allocated budgets.
• Working in line with provided budget limitations to ensure profitability, requesting for approval in case of bonus is needed.
• Scheduling the best evaluators for the mystery shop visits for various projects in Spain.
• Following-up to ensure the completion of visits and reports.
• Performing mystery shop visits yourself (willing to travel within Spain - owning a car, travel expenses will be reimbursed).

• The assignments come in quarterly / eventually monthly waves, there can be 'low' and 'peak' periods, which you can balance out with proactivity.
