Boston Consulting Group (BCG) in Madrid is looking for a Recruiting Intern to assist in various aspects of the recruiting process. Responsibilities include maintaining the recruiting database, coordinating resume screenings, and handling candidate correspondence.
The ideal candidate should hold a relevant Spanish degree and have at least 1 year of administrative work experience in HR or recruiting. Skills in both English and Spanish, along with strong organizational abilities, are essential for success in this role.

The role will be to provide support to the recruiting team throughout the different steps of the recruiting process and follow-up applications. Among other areas, the job will involve: updating and maintaining the recruiting database, coordinating the screening of incoming resumes, handling correspondence/contacts with candidates, organizing and ensuring logistics of some phases of the recruiting processes, assisting in the coordination of local campus recruiting efforts and events.
Education and experience:
1 year internship contract (6 + 6 months) through temporary agency
