Schneider Electric is seeking a Service Planner to schedule Field Service Engineers and external partners to meet customer service requirements, including assessments, startups, and preventive maintenance visits. You will coordinate resources, validate costs, and ensure timely service delivery.

Formación

• Fluent Spanish and intermediate English are mandatory.
• Technical qualification related to UPS.
• 3–5 years equivalent experience in a related field.
• Strong computer skills (Word, Excel, email).

Responsabilidades

• Optimize FSEs allocated time and schedules to serve customers promptly.
• Apply Level 2 guidelines to provide best quality service.
• Schedule maintenance visits, interventions, and audits with Project/Enterprise teams.
• Maintain up-to-date customer database for future reference.
• Coordinate and monitor spare parts, delivery and retrieval for service.
• Manage internal and external orders and assess customer creditworthiness.
• Create new customers in reactive mode and set fixed price Time & Material.
• Validate time, materials, and expenses reported by FSEs/partners.
