Schneider Electric in Barcelona is seeking a Service Planner to coordinate Schneider Field Service Representatives and External Service Partners to fulfil customer service requirements, including Assessments, Start up, PMV, and Emergency Callouts.

You will validate time, materials and expenses reported by internal FSRs and external partners, optimise schedules and ensure timely delivery while protecting project profitability.

Formación

• Technical UPS qualifications (FP, Bachelor's or professional certificates).
• Knowledge in BacNet, MODBUS, EBO, HVAC & DALI.
• 3-5 years of related experience.

Responsabilidades

• Schedule FSR and External Service Partners to meet service requirements.
• Validate time, materials and expenses reported by service partners.
• Optimize FSR allocated time and schedules for timely service.
• Coordinate spare parts, deliveries and retrieval to support customers.
• Monitor margins to align with the original offer and escalate deviations.
• Maintain up-to-date customer database for service, sales and project teams.
