Qualificações

Responsabilidades

• Maintain all modality-specific equipment models in the assigned area.
• Perform system-level troubleshooting on complex, multi-symptom issues.
• Clearly communicate equipment status to end-users and managers to ensure satisfaction.
• Assist in Account Sales visits, train others, and identify opportunities for growth.
• Support geographic growth initiatives and contribute to business direction.
• Oversee warranty and PMS contract cost control.
• Complete FMI and PMS documentation on time for assigned accounts.
• Lead activities in complex, multifunctional rooms.
• Share best practices and maintain ISO 9001 quality compliance.
• Adhere to GE Service Quality policies and procedures.
