Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Maintain all models for the assigned modality in the area.
• Perform total system level troubleshooting on complex multi-symptom problems.
• Communicate equipment status to end-users and managers to ensure satisfaction.
• Assist in account sales visits and identify opportunities for the account team.
• Support growth and direction of the business in the geographic area.
• Manage warranty and PMS contract cost control.
• Complete FMI and PMS documentation and other admin tasks on time.
• Lead in complex and multifunctional rooms; share best practices.
