Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field is preferred.
• Proven track record in a similar position with references.

Responsibilities

• Provide first-line service to customers (interventions <4 hours).
• Schedule and perform planned/predictive maintenance activities.
• Schedule, perform and document hardware and software updates (TSBs).
• Assist with instrument installations and deinstallations.
• Travel within the service area and ensure customer satisfaction.
