Approach People Recruitment is seeking a results-driven sales professional to join a growing international company offering high-quality products. The role focuses on business development, relationship building, and frequent client visits across Spain.

You will be self-managed with onboarding and training provided, and you’ll benefit from a strong brand and marketing support. You’ll earn a fixed salary of 40/50K plus uncapped commission and a company vehicle, with room for growth as you expand

Formación

• 3 to 5 years of sales experience.
• Fluent English (B2 level).
• A positive attitude and customer-oriented mindset.
• Strong technical interest and problem-solving skills.
• High level of autonomy and personal initiative.
• Persistence and resilience in sales efforts.
• Genuine interest in personal and business development.
