Arrow’s Enterprise Computing Solutions (ECS) busca un Field Applications Specialist para unirse al equipo en Madrid, apoyando a clientes durante el diseño e implementación de soluciones tecnológicas innovadoras.

Actuarás como asesor técnico, colaborando con clientes, proveedores y equipos de ventas para entender requisitos y proponer productos y soluciones adecuadas. Se valora experiencia previa y se aceptan perfiles junior.

Formación

• Background in electronics, engineering, telecommunications or related field.
• Interest in technology and customer-facing roles.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Collaborative with customers and internal teams.
• Customer-oriented mindset with proactive approach.
• Fluency in Spanish; English is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Provide technical and application support to customers for assigned products and technologies.
• Understand customer requirements and propose appropriate design solutions.
• Support and manage design-win activities with suppliers and internal stakeholders.
• Work with sales teams to identify and develop new business opportunities.
• Participate in customer projects from concept to implementation.
• Build relationships with suppliers and stay updated on new technologies and product developments.
• Prepare technical reports and maintain project and opportunity information.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution and customer satisfaction.

We are looking for a Field Applications Specialist to join our team in Madrid and support customers throughout the design and implementation process of innovative technology solutions.

In this role, you will act as a technical advisor, working closely with customers, suppliers, and internal sales teams to understand application requirements and recommend the most suitable products and solutions. You will provide technical support during the design cycle, contribute to design-win activities, and help drive business growth through your technical expertise. Junior profiles are welcomed.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical and application support to customers for assigned products and technologies.
• Understand customer requirements and propose appropriate design solutions.
• Support and manage design-win activities in collaboration with suppliers and internal stakeholders.
• Work closely with sales teams to identify and develop new business opportunities.
• Participate in customer projects throughout the entire design cycle, from concept to implementation.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution and customer satisfaction.

What We Are Looking For

• Technical, Pre-sales background in Electronics, Engineering, Telecommunications, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Interest in technology and customer-facing technical roles.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with customers, suppliers, and internal teams.
• Customer-oriented mindset with a proactive approach.
• Fluency in Spanish
• English is nice to have
