Karl Storz is seeking a field-based professional in Galicia to drive customer loyalty and growth of the disposables portfolio within the assigned territory. You will educate customers, train staff, and support the sales team across the product life cycle from post-sale to product end of life.

You will act as a trusted advisor, attend surgeries for demonstrations, and represent KARL STORZ at congresses and events.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree preferably in Health Care and fluent English.
• Commercial experience in Health care/Hospital sector desirable.
• Desirable experience in Customer Training and selling; CRM/ERP experience desirable.

Responsabilidades

• Provide add value over KS portfolio at the point of care along the product life cycle from post-sales activities to product end of life.
• Responsible for Customer Education & training for our products and solutions.
• Support sales team in the assigned area to maximize customer fidelity and advise on customer inputs and feedback.
• Become a consultant and advisor for our customers in the use of our products and solutions.
• Attend surgical interventions to perform product demonstrations.
• Attend congresses or events to promote KARL STORZ products.
• Participate in sales meetings where presence is required.
• Control and report daily activity through the CRM tool to strengthen coverage of objectives and track sales.
