Job summary

Concentrix in Barcelona is seeking a Fashion Support Consultant for an on-site role. You will take incoming customer calls via telephone, email, chats, or other alerts and resolve requests within SLA while maintaining product knowledge.

You should be bilingual in French with advanced English, have customer care skills, and be proficient with Windows/MS Office. Full-time hours: 39 per week, with training and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Fluent French and advanced English required for customer interactions.

• Familiarity with Windows and MS Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Handle incoming calls, emails, chats, or alerts and resolve customer requests.
• Log call details and provide timely responses within SLA.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of applications used by customers.
• Escalate issues following project processes and procedures.
• Perform administrative duties as required.
