Job summary

Concentrix in Barcelona is seeking a Fashion Support Consultant who is fluent in Spanish to join onsite operations. You’ll handle customer inquiries via phone and email, log interactions, and resolve issues within SLAs while maintaining up-to-date product knowledge.

The role offers full-time hours (39 per week), a fixed schedule (09:00–18:00), and a competitive base salary with a yearly bonus. Onsite office in Barcelona and training opportunities are provided.
