Concentrix in Barcelona is seeking a Fashion Support Consultant for an on-site role. You will take incoming customer calls via telephone, email, chats, or other alerts and resolve requests within SLA while maintaining product knowledge.

You should be bilingual in French with advanced English, have customer care skills, and be proficient with Windows/MS Office. Full-time hours: 39 per week, with training and growth opportunities.

• Familiarity with Windows and MS Office applications.

What you will do in this role

As a Fashion Support Consultant on our team, you will:

• Take incoming customer calls (via telephone, email, voicemail, chats, or other automated alerts) and solve users’ demands.
• Log call details onto call management systems and provide response and resolution within SLA.
• Maintain service and product knowledge and expertise associated with applications specific to individual customers.
• Escalate potential service issues initially with Mentor. To follow all the processes and procedures of the project.
• Understand and comply with administrative duties
