Concentrix in Barcelona is seeking a Fashion Support Consultant (Spanish-speaking) for an on-site role. You will handle customer contacts via phone, email, chat, or alerts and resolve requests within the defined SLA while maintaining up-to-date knowledge of fashion-related applications.

We offer a full-time 39 hours/week temporary contract with training and career development opportunities. Candidates must be bilingual in Spanish and English and ready to work in a dynamic customer service

What you will do in this role

• Handle incoming customers contacts (via telephone, email, chat or other automated alerts) and solve users’ demands
• Log call details onto call management systems and provide response and resolution within SLA
  - Maintain service and product knowledge and expertise associated with applications specific to individual customers
• Ensure contractual SLA is maintained

Concentrix is a great match if you:

• Are proficient or bilingual in Spanish and advanced in English

• Have good disposition to work in a customer service environment

• Have customer care skills – ability to listen to and understand the customers’ need

• Can take ownership of, and progress calls to resolution or to elevate call to resolution

It will be a plus if you have:

• Working knowledge of IT Platform, equipment, and applications: Windows/MS Office/ internet configuration
