Concentrix Spain in Barcelona is seeking a Fashion Support Consultant to handle incoming customer inquiries via calls, email, and chat on-site. You will maintain product knowledge, resolve issues within SLA, and escalate when needed while following project processes.

The role requires German with advanced English, strong customer-care skills, and excellent communication. It offers a full-time schedule, central Barcelona location, and comprehensive training and development programs.

Qualifications

• Proficient or bilingual in German with an advanced level of English.
• Customer care skills – ability to listen to and understand the customers’ need
• Can take ownership of, and progress calls to resolution or to elevate call to resolution
• Have excellent communication skills and adaptability
• Working knowledge of IT Platform, equipment, and applications: Windows/MS Office/ internet configuration is a plus

Responsibilities

• Take incoming customer calls (via telephone, email, voicemail, chats, or other automated alerts) and solve users’ demands.
• Log call details onto call management systems and provide response and resolution within SLA.
• Maintain service and product knowledge and expertise associated with applications specific to individual customers.
• Escalate potential service issues initially with Mentor.
• To follow all the processes and procedures of the project.
• Understand and comply with administrative duties
