TikTok is seeking a Madrid-based partnerships professional to onboard fashion merchants, propose viable business models, educate creators, and craft mid- to long-term growth plans to scale partners on the platform.

You will own GMV targets and drive performance through data-driven experiments, working with internal teams and external vendors to improve content and the overall ecommerce ecosystem.

Formación

• Fluency in Spanish and English to work with local stakeholders.
• Strong interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills.
• Solid understanding of the Spanish ecommerce landscape and digital trends.
• Ability to thrive in ambiguity and learn quickly.

Responsabilidades

• Identify and onboard potential Fashion merchants, proposing business models and growth plans.
• Own GMV targets and drive merchant performance via data, experiments and iteration.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams and external vendors to support partner content.
• Lead internal projects to enhance the ecommerce ecosystem.
• Develop initiatives to sustain competitive advantage.
