TikTok Madrid is seeking a dynamic merchant growth specialist to onboard beauty merchants and craft mid- and long-term growth plans, driving sustainable GMV on the platform. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners to ensure content, programs and training support merchants for success.

You will analyze market trends, work with internal teams, and own initiatives to strengthen our ecommerce ecosystem.

Formación

• Fluent in Chinese to work with Mainland China teams.
• Fluency in Spanish and English for local stakeholders.
• Strong interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills.
• Knowledge of the Spanish ecommerce landscape and market dynamics.
• Able to thrive in ambiguity and learn quickly.

Responsabilidades

• Identify and onboard potential Beauty merchants, including business model suggestions, creator affiliation, partners education, and set up their mid and long term account plan and help them grow their business sustainably on the platform
• Own GMV target, consistently driving merchant performance through data, experimentation, and iteration
• Analyze Beauty market trends and subcategories performance to identify priorities and new growth opportunities for brand partners
• Work cross functionally with internal teams and external service vendors to help partners with content on platform
• Own internal projects to contribute to the ecommerce ecosystem as a whole
• Come up with initiatives to continuously improve competitiveness advantage
