Concentrix in Barcelona is seeking a Fashion Consultant to assist clients and their customers, handling inquiries and issues within a global tech-driven environment. You will join a dynamic team dedicated to delivering high-quality service and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Are bilingual or proficient in Spanish plus advanced English.
• Are goal and customer service oriented.
• Have a good disposition to work in a customer service environment.
• Have working knowledge of IT Platform, equipment, and applications: Windows/MS Office/ internet configuration.

Responsibilities

• Solve any kind of customer’s doubt or complain regarding our Client.
• Log call details onto call management systems and provide response and resolution within SLA.
• Maintain service and product knowledge and expertise associated with applications specific to individual customers.
• To follow all the processes and procedures of the project.
• Provide cover for other Agents in their absence, either within the same team or across teams.
• Ensure contractual SLA is maintained.
