Job summary

Maersk, through APM Terminals, seeks a Facilities Planner based at the Barcelona terminal to coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance and facility improvements. You will ensure work orders are planned, resources identified, and safety requirements considered, supporting operations across the site.

Requirements include a technical degree with about five years of relevant experience, CMMS/GMAO proficiency, English at B2 level, and the ability to travel to other terminals for short

Qualifications

• Higher vocational qualification or university degree in a technical discipline.
• Around five years of relevant maintenance planning experience.
• Basic Occupational Risk Prevention course completed.
• CMMS/GMAO knowledge and MS Office skills.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities; problem solving.

Responsibilities

• Plan and schedule technical work orders covering preventive and corrective maintenance and improvement activities.
• Manage and monitor work orders in CMMS/GMAO.
• Identify and coordinate material and labour resources required to execute planned maintenance.
• Manage departmental requisitions and purchase requests for goods/services.
• Coordinate applicable legal requirements relating to assets and documentation.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to support maintenance execution.
