Our commitment to improvement means every team member has the opportunity to develop their skills and advance their careers by continuously refining how we work. Experience a diverse, multinational workplace where your operational insights directly influence how we work.

As a Facilities Planner based at our Barcelona terminal, you will play an important role in the planning and coordination of preventive and corrective maintenance activities and facility improvements. You will help ensure that work orders are properly planned, required resources are identified, and applicable legal and health and safety requirements are considered throughout the process.
  • Contribute to the effective planning and coordination of maintenance activities across terminal facilities and infrastructure.
  • Collaborate with multiple internal functions, including Operations, IT, HSSE, Asset Maintenance Equipment, Finance and Legal.
  • Work with external partners, including suppliers, contractors, authorized inspection bodies, auditors and authorities.
  • Apply your maintenance planning and CMMS knowledge in an operational terminal environment.
Key Responsibilities
  • Plan and schedule technical work orders covering preventive and corrective maintenance and improvement activities.
  • Manage and monitor work orders, including status tracking and updates within the terminal's Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS/GMAO).
  • Identify and coordinate the material and labour resources required to execute planned maintenance activities.
  • Manage departmental requisitions and purchase orders and support requests for quotations for required goods and services.
  • Coordinate the applicable legal requirements relating to assets, including their planning, scheduling and associated documentation.

  • Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to support the effective execution of facilities maintenance activities.
What We Are Looking For
  • Continuous improvement mindset: we are looking for someone who brings a thoughtful improvement mindset—curious about how work gets done and motivated to make meaningful, sustainable improvements over time.
  • Technical education and experience: a higher vocational qualification or university degree in a technical discipline, combined with around five years of professional experience in a similar or comparable position.
  • Health and safety knowledge: completion of a basic Occupational Risk Prevention course.
  • Technical systems capability: knowledge of Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS/GMAO), alongside intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills.
  • Communication and collaboration: proactive and solution-oriented, with respectful interpersonal and negotiation skills, the ability to work effectively in a team and a focus on achieving objectives.
  • Practical requirements: B2 level English, a driving licence and a decision-making capability, and willingness to travel occasionally to other terminals for temporary assignments.
