Job summary

CBRE is seeking a Facilities Supervisor in Tarragona to oversee a team coordinating with clients, vendors and contractors to ensure work orders are completed efficiently and safety standards are met.

You will manage daily activities, assign tasks, monitor maintenance schedules, review reports, and present performance updates to management while controlling facility expenses and supporting asset investments.

Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma and 5+ years related experience.
• Experience as shift manager or supervisor preferred.
• Ability to explain complex concepts clearly.
• Proficient with Word, Excel, Outlook and other Office apps.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage the team's daily activities and schedules.
• Serve as the point of contact for escalated communications with landlords, tenants, and service providers.
• Arrange for regular maintenance of equipment and facilities.
• Review work order data and present performance reports to management.
• Design and oversee cleaning and disinfection schedules for the building.
• Evaluate vendors by cost and benefits through market research.
• Track facility-related expenses and administer budgets.
• Resolve complex problems and propose effective solutions.
• Possibly establish new techniques to meet objectives and improve outcomes.
