Smyth & Co in Madrid is recruiting an Operations Manager for an exciting new luxury opening within one of Marbella's leading resorts. You will be a polished, commercially minded operator with senior experience in luxury restaurants, hotels or resorts, and you will oversee high‑end, high‑volume operations with strict budgeting, labour and profitability controls.

Fluent English is essential; Spanish is highly advantageous, and you will join a project from the start to grow with the operation as

• We are looking for a polished and commercially minded operator with strong experience managing high-end, high-volume restaurants.
• Senior operational experience within luxury restaurants, hotels or resorts
• Strong commercial awareness and control of budgets, labour and profitability
• A genuine understanding of luxury service and the Spanish or Mediterrean market
• Fluent xbhjioe English, with Spanish highly advantageous
