Bikini Island & Mountain Hotels in Mallorca seeks an experienced F&B Manager to lead day-to-day operations across all dining venues at the Es Trenc property.

You will manage a 35+ team, collaborate with the Head Chef and supervisors, plan staffing and budgets, and ensure service standards meet Bikini and NENI franchise expectations.

This role rewards hands-on leadership, seasonal rhythms, and opportunities for innovation within a vibrant lifestyle hospitality concept.

Formación

• Minimum experience in F&B management within hotels or large restaurants.
• Experience leading large F&B teams and mid-management.
• Strong leadership with delegation and development focus.
• Excellent organizational and planning skills.
• Solid budgets, forecasts, and F&B KPI understanding.
• Experience with staff scheduling and holiday planning.
• Hands-on mindset with big-picture vision.
• Strong communication to connect kitchen, service and hotel ops.
• English and Spanish required; German or other languages a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Take overall responsibility for the day-to-day F&B operation across all outlets.
• Lead and develop the F&B team of 35+ employees with supervisors and Head Chef.
• Plan staffing, schedules, holidays and resources according to occupancy and events.
• Ensure Bikini and NENI franchise standards are consistently implemented.
• Own the department budget, monitor KPIs and drive revenue growth.
• Collaborate with Purchasing and Head Chef on stock, costs and efficiency.
• Coordinate events, weddings and group activations with hotel operations.
