Job summary

The Social Hub is seeking a Community / F&B Supervisor for our San Sebastian location. You will supervise front-of-house operations, support the Front of House Manager and Hotel Manager, and ensure guests receive excellent service across restaurant and bars.

You will be the hotel’s connector, helping to create a seamless guest experience and lively community atmosphere. With 1+ year hotel or team-leading experience, you’ll manage guest needs, resolve issues, and foster a positive, inclusive

Qualifications

• 1+ year hotel experience or team-leading experience.
• Strong English communication skills.
• Ability to stay calm and organized during peak periods.
• Legally allowed to work in Spain.

Responsibilities

• Supervise front-of-house staff and coordinate with hotel management and the team of community hosts.
• Ensure flawless welcome, check-in, restaurant and bar service, and guest interactions to deliver memorable stays.
• Assist guests with needs, handle questions and complaints professionally.
• Keep an overview of hotel activities and maintain a cool head in stressful situations.
• Engage with the guest community and help build the TS H network within the property.
