Bending Spoons is seeking a proactive, collaborative individual to support day-to-day operations, events, and recruitment initiatives across our global teams. You will coordinate events, travel, and onboarding while helping strengthen our culture and leveraging AI to streamline processes.

You will work from our offices or remotely from approved locations, with a strong emphasis on in-person collaboration and a fast-paced startup mindset.

Formación

Responsabilidades

• Run company events from planning to on-site execution.
• Coordinate business travel and logistics.
• Support recruiting initiatives with the Talent team.
• Strengthen company culture through events for Spooners and families.
• Leverage AI to improve operations and automate repetitive tasks.
• Assist day-to-day operations and onboarding for new hires.
