Bending Spoons is hiring for a talented, driven, and collaborative individual to help build and scale innovative digital products across Europe. You will work with small, autonomous teams that operate with startup agility, using AI and data to inform decisions and drive growth.
You’ll contribute to a fast-paced environment, participate in roadmap discussions with enterprise clients, and help translate insights into tangible customer value.
Formación
- Reasoning ability to solve complex problems from first principles
- High drive, initiative, and accountability for results
- Collaborative team player who supports the best idea
- Fluent English reading, writing and speaking skills
Responsabilidades
- Understand: build a 360° view of product, users, business model, and economics using AI, data and research to identify growth opportunities.
- Ideate: translate insights into opportunities and hypotheses for testing, prioritizing features and initiatives.
- Execute: translate opportunities into action, support roadmap conversations with enterprise clients, and coordinate with engineering and design teams.
- Optimize: run A/B tests and metrics analysis to scale successes and inform next cycles.
