Bending Spoons is seeking a talented individual to strengthen our administrative operations across our global offices. You will coordinate complex office launches, drive acquisitions-related HR initiatives, and ensure legal compliance across multiple jurisdictions.

Responsabilidades

Coordinate administrative workstreams for new office launches and manage local requirements due diligence.
Lead people aspects of acquisitions, reorganizations, legal restructuring, and share option plans.
Stay updated on international workplace laws to ensure compliance with external consultants.
Lead cross-functional initiatives for employee welfare and benefits programs.
Manage offers, onboarding and offboarding end-to-end, including visa support and admin updates, with automation and AI tools.
