Bending Spoons is seeking a proactive individual to help run company events, coordinate travel, and support recruiting while strengthening culture. You will leverage AI to improve operations and aid day-to-day tasks, including onboarding new hires.

The role emphasizes on-site collaboration, ambitious growth, and a fast-paced environment where you learn quickly and contribute meaningfully to major projects across Europe.

Formación

• Reasoning ability to solve complex problems from first principles and identify details that matter.
• Ambition, initiative, and strong ownership of work.

• Fluent English reading, writing and speaking.
• Willingness to work on-site daily to contribute to team goals.

Responsabilidades

• Run company events, from brainstorming to logistics and on-site execution.
• Coordinate business travel across the company for efficient trips.
• Support recruiting initiatives with the Talent team to provide a great candidate experience.
• Strengthen company culture by creating opportunities for connection, including events for Spooners and families.
• Leverage AI tools to streamline event planning, travel coordination, and workplace operations.
• Support day-to-day operations and onboarding of new hires to ensure smooth start.
