You will work on understanding customers and markets, ideating growth and monetization opportunities, and executing initiatives with engineering and design teams. The role emphasizes rapid learning, high ownership, and real impact across Europe, including remote options.

Responsabilidades

• Understand. Build a 360° understanding of your product, users, business model, competitive landscape, and economics using AI, data, and research to uncover drivers and opportunities.
• Ideate. Turn insights into opportunities and hypotheses for testing, exploring new product features, growth initiatives, monetization opportunities, and improvements to the business, prioritizing impact.
• Execute. Turn opportunities into actions with clear customer value, support roadmap conversations with enterprise clients, and work cross-functionally with engineering, design and others.
• Optimize. Use A/B tests and metrics to scale successful initiatives and inform the next cycle of discovery and execution.
