Job summary

Bending Spoons is seeking a proactive operations-oriented professional to support events, travel, recruiting, and daily office operations. You will help strengthen culture, implement AI-assisted improvements, and guide new hires through relocation and onboarding.

Based in Europe, you will contribute to a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment where small teams move quickly and impact is visible across the company.

Qualifications

• Strong reasoning and problem-solving abilities.

• Proficient English reading/writing/speaking.
• Willingness to work on-site in the office.

Responsibilities

• Run company events: organize events and team-building activities, from brainstorming to on-site execution.
• Coordinate business travel across the company for efficient trips and smooth execution.
• Support recruiting initiatives with the Talent team to create a great experience for applicants.
• Strengthen company culture by proposing and driving connection opportunities for Spooners and families.
• Leverage AI tools to improve operations, automate tasks, and boost efficiency.
• Support day-to-day operations as the reference for Spooners, including relocation and onboarding.
