Job summary

Bending Spoons is hiring a driven professional to support the people side of extraordinary administrative operations during rapid growth. You will help with new office launches, onboarding, and complex HR workflows while ensuring compliance across multiple jurisdictions.

As part of a small, capable team, you’ll work with external consultants and internal teams to streamline processes and leverage AI-enabled tools to enhance efficiency and employee experiences. Fluency in English is essential.

Responsibilities

• Support new office launches by coordinating admin workstreams and DD on local requirements.
• Lead people-side of administrative operations in acquisitions and reorganisations.
• Ensure compliance with workplace laws and regulations across our orgs, in collaboration with external consultants.
• Develop and implement employee welfare and benefits initiatives cross-functionally.
• Manage offers, onboarding and offboarding, including visa support and automation-driven workflows.
