Descripción de la vacante

Bending Spoons is seeking a proactive, English-speaking on-site contributor to help run company events and coordinate travel across Madrid and Warsaw offices. You will support recruiting initiatives, strengthen culture, and leverage AI to streamline operations, while ensuring a smooth day-to-day experience for Spooners and new hires.

The role emphasizes collaboration, ownership, and a strong commitment to the company’s high standards.

Formación

Responsabilidades

Run company events. Organize company-wide events and team-building activities, from brainstorming to logistics and on-site execution.
Coordinate business travel. Plan and manage travel across the company to ensure efficiency and smooth execution.
Support recruiting initiatives. Collaborate with Talent team to organize hiring events and deliver a great candidate experience.
Strengthen company culture. Propose and drive initiatives that foster connection and family-inclusive events.
Leverage AI to improve operations. Use AI tools to streamline event planning, travel coordination, and workplace tasks.
Support day-to-day operations. Serve as the on-site and remote reference for Spooners and help with relocation and onboarding.
