Job summary

NCC Group is seeking an Executive Principal Consultant to lead high-end Red Team engagements from Madrid, spanning initial access to objective completion while ensuring safety and confidentiality. You’ll mentor staff, contribute to tooling, and engage with C-level clients to articulate risk and actionable guidance.

Qualifications

• Role requires senior Red Teaming expertise and ability to lead engagements end-to-end.
• Experience designing and delivering adversary simulations across critical sectors.
• Ability to evade controls and navigate defensive environments.
• Strong client-facing and executive stakeholder engagement skills.
• Report writing that balances narrative with technical accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Design, plan, and execute Red Team and adversary simulation engagements across key sectors.
• Lead debriefs with technical and executive audiences and translate attack paths into actionable insights.
• Mentor rising talent and contribute to tooling and methodologies.
• Represent NCC Group in client-facing engagements including with C-level stakeholders.
