DWS Group in Madrid seeks a Red Team Lead (AVP) to spearhead adversarial testing of AI platforms and applications, validating security controls and strengthening resilience against AI-driven threats.

You will develop the AI red-team methodology, run tests for prompt injection and data exfiltration, and deliver risk-rated findings with actionable remediation guidance, collaborating closely with engineering teams.

Qualifikationen

• 8+ years in offensive security, penetration testing, app security, or vulnerability research.
• Hands-on testing of AI/ML, LLM, RAG, or agentic systems.

Aufgaben

• Develop the firm's AI red-team methodology and testing standards.
• Test for prompt injection, jailbreaks, data exfiltration, RAG manipulation, and agent/tool abuse.
• Conduct adversarial testing of material AI use cases before production.
• Provide risk-rated findings and actionable remediation guidance.
• Track emerging AI attack techniques and incorporate into testing.
• Partner with engineering teams through remediation, retesting, and closure.
