NCC Group in Madrid seeks an Executive Principal Consultant to lead Red Team engagements, driving high-end adversary simulations across the full attack lifecycle. You will mentor junior consultants, contribute to tooling, and represent NCC Group in client-facing engagements, including with C-level stakeholders.

Reporting to the Cyber Services and Capabilities department, this full-time role emphasizes capability development, risk mitigation, and reporting excellence in a multinational security

Formación

• Experience delivering high-complexity Red Team engagements end-to-end.
• Deep understanding of the adversary lifecycle and common TTPs.
• Familiarity with evasion techniques and bypassing controls (EDR/EPP, gateways, proxies).
• Experience engaging with stakeholders, including executives.
• Excellent written English and reporting skills.

Responsabilidades

• Design, plan, and execute advanced adversary simulations and Red Team engagements aligned with standards.
• Maintain a strong focus on operational security and risk mitigation during delivery.
• Communicate risks and safety concerns clearly to clients before and during operations.
• Create and maintain custom scripts or tools to automate Red Team activities.
• Produce high-quality, narrative-driven reports for technical and non-technical audiences.
• Collaborate with clients and internal teams; manage relationships and debriefs.
• Support sales and scoping activity with technical input when required.
