Job summary

IOActive is seeking a senior security professional to lead covert red team operations, conduct adversarial emulation, and manage multi-location campaigns. You will test networks, apps, wireless, and physical security while developing tools to assist project goals.

Role requires strong communication with clients, ability to present complex risk, and willingness to travel internationally up to 50% of the time. Flexible remote/on-site work options are available.

Qualifications

• Experience performing and leading covert red team operations and activities, including adversarial emulation and post-exploitation testing.
• Penetration testing across networks, web apps, wireless, and physical security.
• Familiarity with C2 frameworks and post-exploitation tooling like Cobalt Strike, Empire, Metasploit.

Responsibilities

• Work as part of a team performing Red and Purple Team campaigns for IOActive clients, remotely or on-site.
• Perform adversarial emulation, breach scenarios, post-exploitation, social engineering, and physical security testing.
• Manage tasks and deadlines on a multi-time-zone team.
• Develop tools to assist in project goals.
• Communicate vulnerabilities and risks clearly to clients.
