Code Factory Spain is seeking a Lead IT Security AI Redteamer to command offensive security engagements across web apps, APIs, cloud workloads, and internal systems. You will supervise two direct reports, drive remediation, and craft repeatable, scalable redteam services that reduce attack surfaces for strategic banking products.

• Proven hands-on red team/offensive security testing across web apps, APIs and cloud environments.
• Knowledge of OWASP Top 10, API Security Top 10, CVSS, secure SDLC and threat modeling.
• Experience with AI-assisted offensive tooling or ML/NLP integration into offensive workflows.

Responsabilidades

• Lead AI-assisted red team engagements across web apps, APIs, cloud workloads and infrastructure.
• Manage two direct reports, conduct regular 1:1s, performance reviews and development plans; assist hiring.
• Provide remediation guidance and validate fixes prioritizing critical findings.
