Job summary

NCC Group is seeking a Managing Security Consultant within the Red Teaming practice. You will lead design, planning, and execution of high-end adversary simulations across critical sectors, aligning with CBEST, TIBER, CORIE and more, while mentoring rising talent and maturing NCC Group’s offensive security capabilities.

You’ll build stakeholder relationships, brief executives, and translate complex attack paths into clear insights, helping clients understand, detect, and respond to sophisticated

Qualifications

Experience delivering complex adversary simulations.
Strong client-facing and leadership skills.
Ability to run end-to-end red team engagements.
Mentoring junior team members and contributing to capability development.

Responsibilities

Design, plan, and execute Red Team engagements across sectors.
Lead debriefs with technical and executive audiences.
Translate attack paths into actionable insights and reports.
Mentor rising talent and grow capability in regulated and bespoke assessments.
