Page Executive is seeking a Research Associate to focus on candidate generation, relationship-building, and market intelligence, supporting Partners through the search process from client briefings to delivery of shortlists and pitches. You will identify candidates, screen and map markets, and contribute to revenue via talent pipelines across regions.

The role requires fluency in German and English, with hybrid work and on-site presence at our Barcelona offices.

Formación

• Fluency to a professional level in German.
• Fluency to a professional level in English.
• Experience in agency and/or onsite recruitment is desirable.

Responsabilidades

• Support Partners in business development, due diligence and execution of research assignments.
• Attend client and candidate meetings to capture key information.
• Produce long or shortlists after assessments of candidates; map markets and benchmark salaries.
