Blu is partnering with a key client to build a flagship Barcelona hub. We are seeking a freelance sourcer/recruiter to own the German-speaking market track, finding, engaging, and pipelining top tech and commercial sales professionals.

You will work internally for Blu, conduct outbound outreach, screen candidates for quota achievement, technical fit and cultural alignment, and deliver curated shortlists to Blu's lead recruiters.

Formación

• 3+ years of recruiting/sourcing experience in agency, consultancy, or growing B2B SaaS business.
• Proven experience identifying and engaging commercial sales and tech profiles.
• Native or C1/C2 German fluency alongside full professional English.
• Ability to execute independently as a contractor while integrating seamlessly with Blu's project delivery team.

Responsabilidades

• Map German-speaking tech and commercial sales markets to identify passive candidates and build a pipeline.
• Represent Blu and the client brand to pitch the Barcelona hub opportunity and screen candidates.
• Deliver curated candidate shortlists to Blu’s lead recruiters and maintain high engagement.
• Collaborate in weekly Blu cross-market syncs to share feedback and sourcing strategies.
