• Experience in structured finance, working capital and related disciplines.
• Proven origination, client coverage, relationship management, sales, structuring and execution of complex transactions.
• Strong knowledge of collateral structures, risk governance and transaction governance.
• MBA, CFA or related advanced qualifications preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Lead origination, sales, and regional development of Structured Working Capital opportunities for corporate, sponsor-backed, fintech, and platform clients.
• Develop growth strategies to expand market penetration and deepen client relationships.
• Serve as the primary client-facing adviser, building relationships with senior finance executives.
• Structure and execute sophisticated working capital and asset-backed financing solutions.
• Coordinate across Credit, Risk, Legal, Product, Operations, and Banking to drive execution.
