Formación

  • 2–3 years of experience as a Legal Executive Assistant or in a similar professional services environment.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication in English and Spanish.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Strong teamwork skills and the ability to collaborate across multiple departments.

Responsabilidades

We are currently seeking a Executive Assistant to join our team at DLA Piper's Madrid office, providing high-quality administrative and organizational support to our partners and lawyers.

Key Responsibilities:
Administrative Support
  • Manage calendars, meetings, calls, correspondence, and travel arrangements.
  • Prepare, format, and produce legal documents, reports, and presentations.
  • Maintain accurate digital and physical filing systems.
  • Provide administrative support to lawyers and the wider legal team.
Finance & Billing Support
  • Support client and matter opening and closing processes, including conflict checks and AML compliance procedures.
  • Assist with expense processing and time-recording reviews.
  • Support billing activities, client fund administration, and payment follow-up.
  • Prepare reports relating to billing, payments, and outstanding receivables.
Marketing & Business Development Support
  • Collaboration with the Marketing department in the preparation of business proposals and the organisation of events.
  • Maintenance of client information, deal credentials, and legal directory submissions.
Skills & Qualifications
  • 2-3 years of previous experience as a Legal Executive Assistant or in a similar professional services environment.
  • Strong organizational skills and excellent attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Spanish.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Strong teamwork skills and the ability to collaborate effectively across multiple departments.
