Job summary

Stoïk is seeking an Events Manager for Spain & Italy to lead a structured calendar of external and internal events across Europe, starting in Spain and Italy. You will manage the full event lifecycle, campaigns, webinars, and local assets, while coordinating with Sales, Partners and internal teams.

You will be based in Madrid or Barcelona, with on-site presence at events, and will transition from maternity leave coverage to a permanent role.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in events, ideally B2B (insurance, cybersecurity, fintech, SaaS or professional services).
• Marketing experience that covers the scope for 6 months autonomously.
• Strong project management and organizational skills to run several events in parallel, on budget and on deadline.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, attention to detail, and quality.
• Autonomous, proactive and adaptable in a fast-paced, multi-entity environment.
• Fluent Spanish, Italian and English (written and spoken).
• Hands-on experience with HubSpot or a similar CRM and marketing automation tool.
• Willingness to travel frequently; physical presence at events is required.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate and manage external events across Spain and Italy from A to Z.
• Lead internal and external event calendars and collaborations with Sales, Partners and venues.
• Define topics, target audiences and objectives for webinars and live events.
• Track KPIs such as attendance, engagement and leads; report learnings to teams.
• Localize assets from English to Spanish and Italian; manage event materials and merchandising.
• Support PR, communications and cross‑country event initiatives.
