Job summary

Archlet is seeking a hands-on Events Manager to own our presence end to end—from trade fairs to Archlet Elevate, our global flagship event for procurement leaders. You will work closely with sales and marketing to turn ideas into flawless experiences and to drive pipeline.

You will manage budgets, coordinate pre-event outreach, design and logistics, and ensure on-site excellence across international teams in Spain, Switzerland, and the US.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years in a similar events role in a B2B/SaaS context.
• Experience organizing trade fairs and end-to-end events.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and calm under pressure.
• Strong budgeting and project management skills.
• Proactive, reliable, and ownership-driven.
• Clear, professional English communication (written and spoken).
• Willing to travel and occasionally work outside regular hours.

Responsibilities

• Own the annual events calendar with the sales and marketing team.
• Plan and run trade fairs and conferences end to end: booths, design, logistics, materials, travel, staffing.
• Own Archlet Elevate: concept, agenda, speaker management, venue, catering, partners, on-site execution.
• Organize customer dinners, roundtables, and webinars.
• Manage Archlet's event budget.
• Coordinate pre-event outreach with sales and lead follow-up on-site.
• Coordinate event communications with marketing: invitations, landing pages, social media, post-event content.
• Track and report event performance.
• Build templates, checklists, and processes for repeatable, scalable events.
